Camera grader
Graded like the real thing.
Push-ups counted to the ATP 7-22.01 standard — chest to the deck, arms to a T, elbows locked, body as one unit. Plank timed while the line holds. Every no-go says why, out loud.
Set up
- Phone on the ground, propped upright, about 10 feet to your side. Side-on to your body.
- Whole body in frame, head to boots. The screen faces you so you can see the count; the voice does the counting.
- Tap Start, walk out, get prone with your hands under your shoulders. The 2:00 clock starts by itself the moment you're down — it says GO.
- Get into the plank. The clock starts by itself once you've held the line for one second, and calls every 15 seconds.
Nothing is recorded or uploaded. The camera feed is read on this phone and thrown away frame by frame.

A single camera cannot see everything a grader kneeling next to you can. What it measures and what it can't is spelled out in the app's how it works. Use it to train; a record test is graded by a human.
